Pricing
We quote per job, not per hour, so you know the number before we start. Four things move the price:
| Factor | What it means for your quote |
|---|---|
| Volume | How much space the load takes up. This is the single biggest factor, and it is why photos help so much. |
| Access | Curbside is quickest. Long carries, stairs, tight gates and locked areas add labour time. |
| Material type | Most material is straightforward. Refrigerant appliances, heavy construction debris and items with special disposal requirements cost more to dispose of properly. |
| Location | Inside our core service area there is no travel charge. Further out, any mileage adjustment is shown in the quote — never added afterwards. |
