Construction & yard debris

Two jobs that look different and behave the same: a pile of material, usually outside, that has to be gone before the next thing can happen.

Construction & renovation debris

When a build or a remodel finishes, what is left is rarely the part anyone planned for. We clear job sites during and after the work so the trade behind you can get on.

  • Lumber offcuts, timber and framing waste
  • Drywall, plasterboard and joint compound buckets
  • Old cabinetry, countertops, doors and trim
  • Flooring, carpet, underlay and tile
  • Roofing tear-off and siding
  • Pallets, crating and delivery packaging
  • Scrap metal, conduit and offcut pipe
  • General site litter and swept-up debris

Contractors and builders: we work on a per-job quote and can invoice on account rather than collecting payment on site. If you are running a project with several clear-downs, tell us the schedule up front and we will price the sequence rather than each visit in isolation. Commercial and contract work →

We are also an NCDOT prequalified subcontractor for hauling and disaster debris removal, which matters if you are a prime contractor who needs a sub already in the Directory of Firms. Government & contracting →

A note on dumpsters

If you are generating debris continuously over several weeks, a skip or roll-off container on site is usually cheaper than repeated haul-offs, and we will tell you so. We are the better option when the material is already piled up, when there is nowhere to put a container, when the site cannot take the weight, or when you need it gone once and properly rather than accumulating in a box on the driveway.

Yard & outdoor debris

Yard waste follows the seasons and the weather. Most of it is the same story: a weekend of clearing produced more than the green bin will ever take.

  • Storm limbs, downed branches and brush piles
  • Leaf and garden waste in bulk
  • Hedge, shrub and tree trimmings
  • Old fencing, posts and panels
  • Rotten decking, sheds and outbuildings
  • Worn-out patio furniture, grills and play equipment
  • Soil, sod and landscaping spoil

Storm debris

Hurricane and storm seasons in this part of North Carolina produce a lot of work in a short window, and honesty matters more than usual then. After a major weather event we will tell you plainly where you sit in the queue rather than promising a date we cannot hold. If you need it done on a specific day, call rather than using the form.

We do not cut down trees or remove standing timber — that is tree surgeon work and needs different insurance. Once it is on the ground and cut to manageable lengths, we will haul it.

Common questions

Will you cut up a fallen tree?

Light cutting to get material to a haulable size, yes. Felling, limbing a standing tree or anything requiring a climber is tree surgeon work and we will refer you rather than attempt it.

Can you work while the job site is still active?

Yes. Mid-project clear-downs are common and often cheaper than one enormous haul at the end.

Do you take concrete, brick and soil?

Usually yes, but heavy inert material is priced by weight rather than volume because disposal is charged that way. Tell us roughly how much and we will price it properly.

Can you invoice rather than take payment on the day?

Yes, for business and agency customers. Invoicing and purchase card options are both available.
