This is subcontractor prequalification. RQ Highway Solutions is not prequalified as a prime contractor with NCDOT, and we state that plainly on every bid document and capability statement we issue.

Debris removal and hauling. Disaster and storm debris, right-of-way and roadside litter collection, site clearing, construction debris haul-off, property and facility cleanouts.
Transport and logistics. Pickup and delivery, courier and route delivery, equipment and material transport. Capability at pickup-truck-and-trailer scale; we do not represent box truck, lift gate, flatbed, heavy haul, CDL or hazmat capability.
Equipment sourced per project scope. We size equipment to the awarded scope rather than claiming an owned fleet.
Company past performance is in contract transport and logistics: FRAYT (contract carrier, from June 2026) and LoadUp (on-demand delivery and logistics, same-day and last-mile, residential and commercial, from August 2026). Both are commercial engagements, not government contracts, and we present them as such.
We have not yet completed a debris removal, litter cleanup or roadside cleanup contract. We state that directly rather than leaving it to be discovered during evaluation. Principal experience includes case management and compliance analysis on federally funded disaster recovery programs, eligibility and funding administration under a state human services agency, and tier 1 and 2 IT support — relevant to programme administration, documentation and reporting requirements attached to this kind of work.
We are set up for micro-purchase and small-dollar task orders. Government and corporate purchase cards are accepted, and we can invoice on account. For simplified acquisitions and task orders under the micro-purchase threshold, we can typically respond same week.
