Debris Removal
General debris, household junk, garage clear-outs and full property cleanouts. We load it, we take it, and the area is left clear.
In practice, almost anything that has stopped being useful and is now taking up space. Boxes and bags that have been in the garage for years. The contents of a shed that no longer closes. Broken furniture, old carpet pulled up over a weekend, bags of miscellaneous household clutter, scrap wood, packaging from a big delivery. If you are looking at a pile and thinking someone needs to come and get this, that is the job.
You do not need to sort it, bag it or move it to the curb first. Curbside material is quicker and therefore cheaper, so if it is already out there, say so and it will show in the price. But if it is still in the back bedroom, we will carry it out.
A cleanout is a different animal from a single pickup: the job is to empty a space completely so it can be shown, sold or re-let. We do these for landlords and property managers between tenants, for families handling an estate, and for agents dealing with a foreclosure.
These are almost always deadline jobs — a showing on Saturday, a closing on the 30th. Tell us the deadline when you request the quote and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Debris removal is priced by volume, access and material type, quoted per job rather than per hour. The most useful thing you can do is send three or four photos from different angles. Most jobs can be priced accurately from photos alone, which means no site visit and a faster answer.
If the job turns out to be materially larger than the photos showed, we stop and talk to you before continuing. You will never be handed a bigger bill at the end without having agreed to it.
Paint, solvents, fuel, oil, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, batteries, ammunition and medical waste are all outside what we can legally haul. If any of that is mixed into your pile, tell us in the quote request — we will still take everything else and point you to who can handle the rest.
Not always. If the debris is outside and accessible and you have confirmed the quote, we can do the job without you present and send confirmation when it is done. Anything inside the property does need someone to let us in.
Two days is our normal minimum, and we do not schedule on Sundays. If you have an emergency or a hard deadline, call rather than using the form — we will tell you straight away whether we can fit it in.
Yes. The area is left clear and swept. You approve the finished job before we leave.
It goes to the appropriate licensed facility for the material type. Anything that can reasonably be donated or recycled rather than landfilled, we will route that way.
Often, yes — but a price from a verbal description is an estimate, not a quote. Photos turn it into a firm number. Call 910-308-2393 and we will talk it through either way.

Send a few photos and a description. We'll come back with a written price, always within one business day. Submitting the form doesn't book anything — we confirm the price and date with you first.
