Commercial Services
For property managers, landlords, contractors and businesses that need debris handled on a schedule rather than one item at a time.
Account pricing, not per-job improvisation. Where you have recurring work, we price the pattern rather than quoting each visit cold. You get a number you can budget against.
Invoicing and purchase card. No requirement to pay on site. We invoice on account, and we accept government and corporate purchase cards for small-dollar work.
One point of contact. You deal with the owner directly, not a dispatcher reading from a script. For scheduling and on-site coordination, Ritchie R. on 472-234-1992 handles the day-to-day — in English or Spanish.
Equipment sourced to the contract. We match trucks and trailers to the scope of the work rather than claiming a fleet we then have to fit your job around.
We carry general liability insurance on all work. Where a property owner or prime contractor needs a certificate of insurance naming them, we will provide it — ask when you set the account up rather than on the morning of the first job.
Work is performed by the owner and by 1099 independent contractors. We tell you that plainly because some prime contractors and agencies require it to be disclosed, and finding out later is worse for everyone.
RQ Highway Solutions came out of contract transport and logistics work, and that is where our completed commercial history sits: same-day and last-mile delivery work as a contract carrier for FRAYT, and on-demand delivery and logistics for LoadUp, both residential and commercial.
We are candid about the rest: our debris removal service line is new, and we have not yet closed out a large debris contract. If you need a contractor with a decade of completed cleanup jobs behind them, we are not that company yet. If you need someone reliable, insured, properly registered and hungry for the work, ask us to quote.
Send the details through the quote form and mention that it is a commercial enquiry, or call 910-308-2393 and ask for the owner. For anything recurring, a five-minute phone call is worth more than a form.

Send a few photos and a description. We'll come back with a written price, always within one business day. Submitting the form doesn't book anything — we confirm the price and date with you first.
