Who We Are
RQ Highway Solutions LLC is a debris removal and hauling company based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, serving Cumberland County and the surrounding Sandhills.
We take things away. Junk and general debris, appliances, mattresses, furniture, construction leftovers, storm and yard waste, and the full contents of a property when a tenant leaves or an estate has to be cleared. Residential customers, property managers, contractors and public agencies all call us for the same reason: something has to be gone by a certain date.
We are a small company and we do not pretend otherwise. What that buys you is direct contact. The person who prices your job is the person answerable for it, and there is no call centre between you and them.
The price is agreed before anything moves. You get a written quote up front. We do not run an hourly meter and we do not add line items once the truck is loaded. If the job turns out to be materially bigger than the photos showed, we stop and talk to you before we carry on — we never simply bill you for the difference.
Equipment is sourced to the job. We match the right truck and trailer to what you actually have, rather than sending the same vehicle to every job and charging you for capacity you do not need.
We tell you when we are the wrong call. There is material we cannot legally haul, and there are jobs better suited to a dumpster or a specialist contractor. We will say so and point you somewhere useful. It costs us a job and earns us the next three.
Anyone can call themselves a hauling company. These are checkable, and we would encourage you to check them.
We are not a licensed trade and no licence is required for this line of work, so you will not see us claim one. If a hauling company in North Carolina tells you it is “licensed” for debris removal, ask them to show you the licence.

RQ Highway Solutions was built from the ground up as a transport and logistics business. Before debris removal, the company ran contract delivery work — same-day and last-mile runs, residential and commercial — and that is still part of what we do. It is also why we are comfortable with schedules, access problems and jobs that have to happen on a particular morning.
Debris removal is a natural extension of that work, and it is where we are putting our growth. We are a young company in this service line, which is exactly why we would rather show you one honest review than a page of invented ones.
